The specific scope, fees, and duration of services are set out in the individual service agreement signed between Prez Media and each client. If anything in a signed service agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for businesses and for individuals who are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of their business.

3. SMS / text-message communications

Text messages described in these Terms are sent by PREZ MEDIA LLC. Where a client has consented (through their signed service agreement with Prez Media), Prez Media sends transactional operational notifications by text message. These are not marketing messages. 4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website or services to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the operation of the service.

5. Intellectual property

The website, its content, and the Prez Media name and branding are owned by Prez Media LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Disclaimers
