Who we are

Prez Media LLC is a U.S. limited liability company that provides digital marketing, content production, lead-generation, and operational notification services to its business clients — including roofing and home-improvement contractors. This policy applies to our website and to the services we provide to our clients.

Information we collect

• Business client information: the name, business name, business contact phone number, email address, and account details of the clients who engage our services.
• Lead information: contact details that consumers voluntarily submit when requesting a quote through our clients' marketing systems (name, phone, email, project location, project details).
• Website information: basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) collected automatically when you visit our site, used only to keep the site working and secure.

How we use phone numbers and SMS

PREZ MEDIA LLC is the party that sends the text messages described in this policy and the party that obtains consent for them. We use business client phone numbers to send transactional, operational text-message notifications — specifically new-lead alerts and appointment confirmations — to the clients who have engaged our services. These messages are sent by Prez Media LLC so our clients can respond promptly to their own incoming business.

SMS consent is obtained by PREZ MEDIA LLC through the signed service agreement each client enters into with Prez Media at onboarding (and, where applicable, recorded in our CRM). It is not collected through a public web form. Consent to receive SMS is a separate, optional part of that agreement — a client can use our services without it.

Recipients can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and can reply HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is event-driven (typically a few messages per business day, tied to lead and appointment activity).

How we share information — and what we never do

We do not sell your information. We share information only with the service providers we use to operate (for example, our CRM and messaging platform), and only as needed to deliver the service, and only when those providers are bound to protect it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected as part of the SMS consent process — including phone numbers and opt-in status — will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes. All other categories of data follow the standard sharing described in this policy.

Lead information

Contact details submitted by consumers through our clients' lead forms are shared with the relevant client so they can respond to the request, and are processed on that client's behalf. We do not sell this information or use it for our own marketing to those consumers.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

• Opt out of SMS: reply STOP to any message.
• Access or deletion: to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact us using the details below.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version.
